<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for control of a vehicle, capable of suppressing the operation frequency of a solenoid valve that controls a braking device, and also capable of suppressing the movement of the vehicle, when stopping the vehicle on a slope road. <P>SOLUTION: The increase of a vehicle speed is limited by a braking unit 100, even if the depression of a brake pedal 36 is released on the slope road, and thereby the vehicle speed V is limited in a range of parking lock in a specified time Ta. Accordingly, when a parking range is selected, the solenoid valve 50 for controlling a brake oil pressure Pbk is prevented from being operated again, thereby suppressing the decrease of durability due to the increase of the operation frequency of the solenoid valve 50.
