Provided is a detachable fender-fixing apparatus. The detachable fender fixing apparatus includes: a base plate in which a plurality of coupling holes through which an anchor bolt passes are defined in the inside thereof such that the base plate is fixedly installed on a wall of a harbor structure, the base plate including stopping protrusions having slit grooves on either side of the front surface thereof and integrated stepped parts disposed on the lower ends of the stopping protrusions to connect the stopping protrusions to each other; a guide plate, either end of which is inserted into and connected to the slit grooves such that the guide plate is detachable from the base plate and seated on the stepped parts, the guide plate including a plurality of coupling bolts on the front surface thereof; and an impact absorber disposed on the front surface of the guide plate for absorbing impacts generated between a ship and the harbor structure, the impact absorber having a plurality of inlet holes in the inside thereof and a plurality of coupling holes communicating with the plurality of the inlet holes, respectively, and each having an inner diameter that is smaller than that of each of the inlet holes, wherein nuts coupled to the ends of the coupling bolts are inserted into and connected to the inlet holes, respectively. Therefore, the costs and time required for maintenance and repair can be minimized.
