The present invention relates to a stent-delivery device using a microcatheter which allows stents to be easily deployed, and extracted and retrieved for surgery position adjustment, the device being one which allows the stent to be safely passed via a microcatheter and positioned near to a lesion and allows the stent to be easily extracted and retrieved for surgery position adjustment, and more particularly one which allows the stent to be deployed close to a blood vessel where a lesion has occurred and allows a stent being surgically manipulated within an internal body cavity to be extracted and recovered in a straightforward fashion for precise surgery position adjustment, and more specifically the invention relates to an insertion device for a stent whereby the stent is surgically manipulated in a cavity inside a blood vessel where a lesion has occurred; wherein an inner wire is connected to a guide wire which moves backwards and forwards inside an outer tube, an attachment piece which is attached to the stent is formed on the surface of the inner wire, and the stent, after being attached to the attachment part of the inner wire, reaches the site of the lesion by moving along the inner bore of the microcatheter, which has been surgically manipulated adjacent to the site of the lesion by entry of the guide wire, and does not become detached from the inner wire while moving in this way.
