<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intention reflecting type customer attraction system reflecting users' intention in a district and attracting the users to the district. <P>SOLUTION: A community mediation device 20 includes: a privilege introduction information acquisition unit 102 which acquires privilege introduction information for introducing a privilege; a specific introduction information transmission unit 104 which transmits the privilege introduction information acquired by the privilege introduction information acquisition unit 102, to users participating in a predetermined community; an intention information acquisition unit 106 which acquires, from the users, intention information expressing the intention to the community; a privilege identification information transmission unit 120 which transmits, to the users, privilege identification information for identifying the privilege issued by a privilege issuing device 50, according to the intention information acquired by the intention information acquisition unit 106; and a privilege information transmission unit 122 which transmits the privilege information for issuing the privilege to the privilege issuing device 50 according to the privilege identification information input by the user in the privilege issuing device 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
