The clothes-hanger (100) has a body forming two support wings (2) to support a garment, where the wings are located on two sides of a hooking element (3) i.e. hook. A plastic inviolable receptacle (50) containing an object (60) e.g. accessory, gift or three-dimensional promotional object, is centered with respect to a vertical axis defined by the hooking element. The wings extend in a vertical plane located at a distance from a parallel plane having the hooking element. The receptacle is located between a vertical plane of each wing and a vertical plane of the hooking element.
