The method involves placing a dividing plate (20) between upper and lower flat plates (11, 12) and a connection unit (41) between a lower face (34-1) of a track and an upper face of the plate (12). A force is applied to bring the plates (11, 12) to contact the plate (20) so that an upper face (33) and the lower face of the track (31) adhere to a lower and upper faces of the plate (11, 12), respectively. Another force is applied to separate the plates (11, 12) from each other such that weak bridges (36-38) are broken and separation walls (28, 29) form non zero angle with the plates (11, 12).
