In order to further develop a breeding device having an aquaculture for controlled breeding of aquatic organisms, the invention relates to a management system for operating a breeding device having an aquaculture for controlled breeding of aquatic organisms, comprising means for recording actual parameters, wherein different actual parameters both for the breeding device and for the aquaculture can be recorded by means of the recording means, wherein the management system is characterized by means for archiving actual parameters as comparison parameters to already-completed stock cycles, by means for comparing actual parameters of a current stock cycle to the comparison parameters and/or to specified target parameters and by means for outputting a control and/or regulation signal for changing the current actual parameter, wherein comparison parameters for a current stock cycle are generated and provided by means of the means for archiving, wherein the actual parameters of the current stock cycle are compared to the archived comparison parameters of previous stock cycles and/or to specified target parameters and the breeding device is operated based on a comparison result resulting herefrom, wherein there is a growth curve of aquatic organisms, which is provided at least by a growth profile for describing the weight gain over the temporal course of the production process, a feeding allotment profile for describing the feeding volumes of the individual feed types over the temporal course of the production process and a water parameter profile for describing the thresholds for pollutants over the temporal course of the production process. |
