<p>A manufacturing system for producing electrolytic manganese metal by two-mining method is disclosed. The system is designed to solve the problems of the conventional reduction roasting process in producing electrolytic manganese using manganese oxide ore as raw material, such as serious environmental pollution, high cost and poor working environment and so on. The said manufacturing system consists of a liquid preparing unit, a vulcanizing and impurity eliminating unit, a purifying unit and an electrolysis unit, wherein the said liquid preparing unit is connected with the liquid inlet of the vulcanizing and impurity eliminating unit; the liquid outlet of the said vulcanizing and impurity eliminating unit is connected with the liquid inlet of the said purifying unit; the liquid outlet of the said purifying unit is connected with the liquid inlet of the said electrolysis unit. The system solves the problem of purification and impurity elimination in the production process, ensures stable industrial technology in electrolysis process, shortens the production flow, achieves energy saving and environmental protection and improves the recovery rate of manganese metal.</p> |
