摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED light emitting element capable of improving luminous efficiency by reducing components exposed on a light emitting surface side while reducing the number of manufacturing steps in manufacturing an LED light emitting device using the LED light emitting element.

SOLUTION: The LED light emitting element includes: an LED chip emitting light in a predetermined wavelength range from a visible light region to a near ultraviolet region; a wiring board having a plurality of through holes formed therein and having a wiring pattern for mounting the LED chip thereon to constitute an electric circuit including the LED chip; and a plurality of metal pin members, each of which is inserted in each of the through holes and electrically connected with the wiring pattern.
