<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate wall thickness control of a bellows part by reducing temperature unevenness in a heating process of a parison. <P>SOLUTION: In this method for producing a joint boot, the parison 6 having a first parison portion 61 corresponding to a large diameter side attaching part 3, a second parison portion 62 corresponding to a small diameter side attaching part 4, and a third parison portion 63 connecting both the portions and having a non-bellows shape is injection-molded, thereafter only the third parison portion is heated from the outer side in a diameter direction by a heater 87, and thereafter the bellows part 5 is shaped in a blow process. The heater 87 used in the heating process is provided with a plurality of heating bodies 89 arranged side by side in the axial direction X of the parison, and is provided with shielding plates 90 partitioning a space between the heater 87 and the third parison portion 63 into a plurality of spaces in the axial direction X. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
