CONJUGATED POLYMER BASED ON PERYLENE TETRACARBOXYLIC ACID DIIMIDE AND BENZODITHIOPHENE AND ITS PREPARATION METHOD AND APPLICATION

A conjugated polymer based on perylene tetracarboxylic acid diimide and benzodithiophene and its preparation method and application are provided, represented by the following formula (I): wherein, n is a positive integer of less than 101; R1, R2 and R3 are independently hydrogen, C1-C20 alkyl, C1-C20 alkoxy phenyl or phenyl; R4 and R5 are C1-C20 alkyl. The conjugated polymer has good solubility, strong absorbance, wide light absorption range, improved photoelectric conversion efficiency, and excellent charge transport performance, which can be widely used in photoelectric energy conversion field, such as solar cells, organic electroluminescent devices and organic field effect transistors.
