<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residual pressure holding valve and a suspension strut. <P>SOLUTION: In the residual pressure holding valve 1 for the hydro-pneumatic suspension strut of an automobile, when air pressure is applied to an air inlet 4, a valve body 6 makes air flow to an air outlet 5 through the valve body 6, and thereby the valve body is operably connected to a valve housing 3 so that the valve body 6 may be lifted from a valve body seat 8 of the housing 3. When air pressure is applied to the air outlet 5, a valve element 7 makes air flow to the air inlet 4 through the valve element, and thereby the valve element is operably connected to the valve body 6 so that the valve element may be lifted from a valve element seat of the valve body 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
