摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery manufacturing method, by which in a battery with a porous layer formed on a surface of at least one of an electrode and a separator, exfoliation of the porous layer can be suppressed further. <P>SOLUTION: The battery manufacturing method that the invention offers is a method for manufacturing a battery with a porous layer including inorganic filler and binder and formed on a surface of at least one of an electrode and a separator. The battery manufacturing method includes: a first dispersion step (S12) for mechanically dispersing inorganic filler in solvent thereby to form an inorganic filler coating material; a second dispersion step (S14) for mechanically dispersing binder in the inorganic filler coating material thereby to form a coating material for porous layer formation; and a step (S20) for applying the coating material for porous layer formation to a surface of at least one of an electrode and a separator and drying it thereby to form a porous layer. In the method, the dispersion force for mechanically dispersing the binder in the second dispersion step is set to be smaller than the dispersion force for mechanically dispersing the inorganic filler in the first dispersion step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
