PURPOSE: A portable terminal and control method thereof are provided to enable a user to conveniently perform interaction with a web page by enabling the user to watch the web page on a display screen. CONSTITUTION: A wireless communication unit(110) is connected to the internet. A memory unit(160) stores history information related to web page usage. A control unit(180) display favorite section among the sections of the specific webpage by referring to the history information when the control unit is connected to the specific web page.
