PURPOSE: A light emitting diode illuminating device is provided to connect a sub board to a connected object through an opening, thereby conveniently performing electrical connection work. CONSTITUTION: At least one LED device is mounted on a main board(110). The LED device emits light when power is applied. The main board is fixed onto the top of a housing. A sub board(130) is mounted on the main board. The sub board includes at least one connected object(132).
