<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and simply prevent a loss of an undelivered video in a case where video delivery is delayed caused by a communication impossibility. <P>SOLUTION: Image data in a storage medium is encrypted, and its encryption key is embedded in delivery data as meta data. In a playback, missing parts of the delivery data can be played by taking the encryption key from the delivery data and decrypting the data in the storage medium. A part of the photographed image data is used as the encryption key, or the key is generated from the data.
