<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp the content of contribution information displayed at an in-vehicle device at a glance without blocking safety driving. <P>SOLUTION: This in-vehicle display device is provided with communication equipment and an in-vehicle unit. The communication equipment is configured to acquire contribution information contributed by a user and location information showing the contribution distribution of the contribution information, and to classify the acquired contribution information into categories. Then, the communication equipment is configured to generate map data displaying the contribution information in the form of display corresponding to the classified categories at the position on the map specified by the location information acquired with the contribution information, and to transmit the map data to the in-vehicle unit.
