摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conduction cooling superconducting magnet device capable of shortening an initial cooling time. <P>SOLUTION: A superconducting coil 10 is stored in a vacuum container 120. A radiation shield 110 is disposed in the vacuum container 120 so as to surround the superconducting coil 10 at a predetermined interval from the vacuum container 120. A refrigerator 130 cools the superconducting coil 10 and the radiation shield 110 by conduction. An arrangement member is at least partially interposed between the vacuum container 120 and the radiation shield 110, and heat is conducted from the vacuum container 120 to the radiation shield 110. Cooling piping 160 is drawn out from the vacuum container 120 at both ends, and contacted with the superconducting coil 10, the radiation shield 110 and the arrangement member at a middle part. Coolant 170 which is made to flow in the cooling piping 160 radiates the heat of the arrangement member, thereby reducing the heat conducted to the radiation shield 110. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
