PURPOSE: A fuse circuit of a semiconductor device is provided to prevent the reconnection of a fuse by maintaining the same potential on both sides of a cut fuse. CONSTITUTION: A fuse(32) is connected between a first terminal and a second terminal. A flexible circuit supplies the same voltage to the first and second terminals when the fuse is cut and includes a first inverter, a second inverter, and a NOR gate(38). The first inverter connects an input terminal to a signal voltage supply terminal and connects an output terminal to the second terminal. The second inverter connects an input terminal to the second terminal. |
