PURPOSE: A device and a method for manufacturing a material for a ball-bearing retainer are provided to easily manufacture various sizes of materials for a retainer at low cost by using various sizes of punching posts, auxiliary posts, and push posts. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing a material for a ball-bearing retainer comprises a punch holder(100) and a die holder(200). The punch holder comprises a first punching part(110), a first push part(120), a second punching part(130), and a second push part(140). The first punching part comprises a first auxiliary post(112). The first push part comprises a first push post(121) and pushes down a first retainer material when a material plate is transferred. The second punch part comprises a second punching post and a second auxiliary post. The die holder comprises a first ejecting part(210), a second ejecting part(220), a third ejecting part(230), and a fourth ejecting part(240). The first ejecting part comprises a third auxiliary post(211). The first ejecting part discharges a circular plate to a first lower space(212) when cutting the first retainer material. The second ejecting part discharges the first retainer material to a second lower space(221). The third ejecting part comprises a fourth auxiliary post(231) and discharges a second retainer material to a third lower space(232). |
