PURPOSE: An ultra-light magnesium form is provided to enable easy work since weight is light compared with a steel form panel and an aluminum panel. CONSTITUTION: An ultra-light magnesium form(1') comprises a plate(10'), a side bar(20'), and a reinforcing bar(30'). Protrusions are protruded from the entire edges of the plate. The side bar is coupled to the edge of the plate and coupling grooves are formed on the end of the side bar to be coupled to the protrusions. The reinforcing bar is inserted into the plate. The long side of the reinforcing bar makes contact with the plate and the short side of the reinforcing bar makes contact with the side bar. The reinforcing bar comprises concave grooves to hold a fastening member when the end of the short side of the reinforcing bar is fastened to the side bar.
