PURPOSE: A touch pen for preventing a touch panel from being scared and a refill core thereof are provided to prevent the surface of the touch panel from being scared because of the refill cores by manufacturing the heat unit of the refill core as the flexible fiber. CONSTITUTION: A refill core(20) is installed inside the pen holder unit(10) with a method which is available for disassembling and is comprised of a flexible fiber. The refill core has the head unit(21) which is touched to touch panel. The head unit includes the lubricant including wax. The pen holder unit has a loading space which accommodates the spare refill core and includes the reserved refill core.
