PURPOSE: A method for identifying a novel tumor antigen using RNA-transduced antigen presenting cells is provided to develop a vaccine for cancer. CONSTITUTION: A method for identifying tumor antigens comprises: a step of preparing animal-derived candidate tumor antigen gene-transduced antigen presenting cell vaccine; a step of confirming immune response and anti-tumor effect of the vaccine; a step of identifying human candidate tumor antigen having sequence homology with anti-tumorous tumor antigen; and a step of detecting an apitope of the tumor antigen. The candidate tumor antigen gene contains a base sequence of sequence number 3. The antigen presenting cell vaccine is manufactured by transferring candidate tumor antigen gene RNA to a cell having an antigen presenting ability.
