METHOD FOR TREATING RECURRENT PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS WITH DESTRUCTION OF LUNG TISSUE

A method for treating the recurrent pulmonary tuberculosis with destruction of lung tissue provides for the standardized five-component regimen of antimycobacterial therapy of the intensive phase of the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis. Furthermore, the ozonized physiological saline is administered intravenously. The internal laser irradiation of the blood is also employed in the setting of intake of alpha-tocopherol acetate following the 10th procedure. The saturating ozone concentration in the physiological saline increases from 2 mg/L for the first procedure with the increment of 2 mg/L up to 10 mg/L. Then such concentration is used for the next 30 procedures. First five procedures are performed daily, then every other day alternating with internal laser irradiation of the blood through the cubital vein with the output at the end of the light guide of 4.5-5.0 mW, the frequency modulation of 2000-5000 Hz. The duration of the procedure is 30 minutes with 10 sessions in total.
