PURPOSE: A rectifying apparatus(200) is provided to initially discharge the moisture exhausted in a tube-shaped resin arranged in the section of a cooling portion through the penetrated hole a first rectifying pipe. CONSTITUTION: A rectifying apparatus comprises first and second rectifier tubes. The first and second rectifier tubes are arranged at the upstream and downstream side in the tube transfer direction. The penetrated hole of the first rectifier tube is communicated with the inside of the first rectifier tube. A horizontal portion(221), a tapered portion(222) and a vertical portion(224) are unified and the second rectifier tube is formed. A plurality of penetrated holes is formed in the circumference of first, second and third pipe-shaped units. The pipe-shaped units are installed to the horizontal portion, tapered portion and the vertical portion. Even if the moisture is contained in the resin which is compacted in a die and is exhausted to a tube shape, the moisture is initially exhausted through the penetrated hole of the first rectifier tube.
