<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular warning device by outside air temperature prediction capable of fetching weather information such as outside air temperature from an information center and capable of appropriately outputting warnings of a frozen side brake and others by the time of a next start of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A parking time zone is predictively set when it is detected that a vehicle has parked at a predetermined position by detecting a current parking position having reached a preregistered long-parking point, a genre of a facility at which the vehicle stops for a long time, or a position at which the vehicle stops for a long time based on a traveling history of a navigation system or the like. Weather data including outside air temperature variations within the parking time zone is fetched from the information center and compared to data of preset side brake freezing conditions: when in the range of the conditions, a warning of the notification of a frozen side brake is output on a screen or in voice.
