PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a transparent film to be thermally bonded with a stamp material and holder member positively as a heat insulation effect is sufficiently accomplished by the transparent film. SOLUTION: Of two sheets of transparent films 91, 92 provided in a manner covering a stamp material 3, the transparent film 91 is thermally bonded to a holder member together with the stamp material 3 in the peripheral part 3a of the stamp material 3. The transparent film 92 is furnished to be superimposed with the transparent film 91 not being thermally bonded with the transparent film 92.
