<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch pen having a tip part of the pen with adjustable use angle. <P>SOLUTION: The touch pen includes: a hollow sleeve; a tip part of the pen rotatably attached at one end of the sleeve; a contact member having a contact part; and an elastic member provided between the sleeve and the contact member. An engagement recess is provided at one end of the tip part of the pen. In an initial state, the contact part and the engagement recess are engaged to each other by elasticity of the elastic member. In using, when the tip part of the pen is inclined to the sleeve by the external force, the contact part is separated from the engagement recess and elasticity is accumulated on the elastic member.
