PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling wind velocity is provided to control wind velocity affecting mass transfer and to realize a condition of wind velocity. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) which controls wind velocity by being mounted in a chamber; an air volume control plate(10) which controls the air volume by adjusting the space of an opening or an air volume control plate(20) which controls air volume with a rotational plurality of wings(21) and the air volume control plate. The air volume control plate is formed by overlapping an inner plate and an outer plate forming plural through-holes(13).
