<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance management system for storing the buffer relay operation frequency even during partial update. <P>SOLUTION: This maintenance management system is provided with: a process control arithmetic unit for fetching an analog value from a process detector via an analog input card, and for performing a comparison operation based on a specified set value relating to process quantity, and for outputting the result; a process operation end for controlling a process; a buffer relay for controlling opening/closing of the process operation end, and for performing individual management by the individual identification function of the unique ID of an installed IC tag; a buffer relay operation frequency counter circuit for counting the output of the process control arithmetic unit; a buffer relay exchange determination circuit for determining an exchange period based on the result of counting of the counter circuit; an alarm output circuit for outputting an alarm based on the output of the buffer relay exchange determination circuit; a plurality of storage devices for storing buffer relay information; and a data management device for managing the buffer relay information in the storage device via a network. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
