PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly cooling apparatus is provided to reduce carbon discharge by creating cold air using solar energy. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly cooling apparatus comprises a solar cell(1) which changes solar energy into the electric energy, a blower(2) which receives power from the solar cell and blows air, a case which accommodates the blower and guides the air blown by the blower, and a blade unit(4) which guides the cold air that is vaporized from the water staying in the blower.
