PURPOSE: An application upgrade method of a mobile terminal, apparatus thereof, system thereof, and recording medium are provided to integrate a version control system and to perform the process for upgrade. CONSTITUTION: A download unit(113) downloads an upgrade file corresponding to an application from a corresponding download server. An upgrade unit(115) upgrades the application based on the downloaded upgrade file. An upgrade/storing unit(117) stores version information of an application.
