FIELD: electricity. ^ SUBSTANCE: method for metal-ceramic small electric pressure seal fabrication involves assembly of the prepared elements: an isolator, electrical leads and auxiliary materials. Before connection of the electrical leads to the insulator, a surface of the prepared ceramic disk as the insulator with through holes for electric terminals by number of the latter, activated in PdCh solution, coated with a copper layer by a chemical method. Then, it is coated with tin and lead by a galvanic method to be thereafter etched by a preset contour, and the electric terminals are inserted in the holes of the ceramic disk with using SnPb soldering on the ceramic disk. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency and reduced energy content of the method ensured by higher reliability of a soldered joint of the components and assembly strength with maintaining a degree of air tightness of the finished small devices for switching input-output. ^ 1 dwg, 1 ex, 1 tbl |
