<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp capable of radiating heat inside a lamp efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: The lamp is provided with an LED module 4 consisting of a semiconductor light emitting element, a light source installation member 5 on which the LED module is arranged, a heat sink 3 which has two openings and of which on one opening side, the light source installation member 5 is provided, a base 2 which is arranged on the other opening side of the heat sink 3, and a circuit element group 71 which is arranged inside the heat sink 3 and constitutes a circuit for emitting light of the semiconductor light emitting element.
