<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxidant/dopant solution suitable for producing a conductive polymer that can provide a solid electrolyte having low ESR and a large electrostatic capacity when it is used as a solid electrolyte, and to provide a conductive polymer and a solid electrolytic capacitor with the above properties using the oxidant/dopant solution. <P>SOLUTION: In the oxidant/dopant comprising organic ferric sulfonate as an oxidant/dopant and an organic solvent having a hydroxyl group, by mass 1-7.5% of a compound having a hydroxyl group is added to the organic ferric sulfonate. The resulting solution is used to subject thiophen or its derivatives to oxidative polymerization to produce a conductive polymer, which is then used as a solid electrolyte to form a solid electrolytic capacitor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
