PURPOSE: A double structure cooking device having a vacuum air chamber is provided to uniformly broiling the foodstuff by simultaneously providing the convective heat and conductive heat to the foodstuff through a single floor. CONSTITUTION: A double structure cooking device having a vacuum air chamber comprises a lower container(10), a heated air feeding member(20), an upper container(30) and a cover(40). The lower container is opened to the upper side and forms a lower space unit(12) in the inner side. The heated air feeding member is formed in the floor of the lower container and connects the lower part with the lower space unit. The heated air feeding member opens the upper to outside. The upper container forms the heated air layer(32) between the lower containers. The upper container forms an inserting hole(34) in order to insert the heated air feeding member. The upper container contains the foodstuff. The cover switchably forms the opened upper of the upper container. The cover induces the hot air spouting through the heated air feeding member to the foodstuff.
