<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyor device including a storage function, wherein cost is reduced and long-term reliability is secured. <P>SOLUTION: This conveyor device includes: first sensors S1 each detecting a state that a friction roller 4 is brought into pressure-contact with a carrier 2; and second sensors S2 each installed on the downstream side of the friction roller 4, each detecting presence/absence of the carrier 2. By use of the first sensor S1(n) and the second sensor S2(n) corresponding to the friction roller 4, and the downstream side first sensor S1(n-1) and the upstream side second sensor S2(n+1), when both the second sensor and the downstream side first sensor are in a non-detection state or when only one of both the sensors is in a detection state, and when the first sensor or the upstream side second sensor is in a detection state, the sensors are connected to an electromagnetic contactor MS(n) connected between a motor M(n) and a power supply such that the motor M(n) is driven. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
