<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an organopolysiloxane compound which is non-tacky, is good in touch, and is uniformly dissolved in ethanol. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the organopolysiloxane compound wherein a poly(N-acylalkyleneimine) segment comprising repeating units represented by general formula (1) (wherein, R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>is H, 1 to 22C alkyl, aralkyl or aryl; and n is 2 or 3) is bound to an organopolysiloxane is characterized by including (a) a step of subjecting a cyclic imino ether compound to a ring-opening polymerization to prepare a terminal reactive poly(N-acylalkyleneimine), and (b) a step of adding and reacting a modified organopolysiloxane having one or more amino groups at the terminals and/or one or more side chains of the molecular chain at a speed of ≥30 g/min to 100 g of the terminal reactive poly(N-acylalkyleneimine) obtained in the step (a). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
