PURPOSE: A tray for protecting electronic components, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the damage of the electronic components when using antistatic agents. CONSTITUTION: A tray for protecting electronic components includes a cylinder type cushion plate(11), and a protecting skin(12) surrounding the outside of the cushion plate. The protecting skin is produced in a film or a sheet form using a synthetic resin material. The square end of the tray is chamfered to the predetermined size.
