The device has a diaphragm device (12a) for flow arrangement in front of a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) catalyst unit (10a), where the diaphragm device reduces flow cross-section. Injectors are partially integrated with the diaphragm device and provided in the flow cross-section in an operating state of a catalytic component. The injectors have resource guide passages e.g. cooling passages, partially integrally formed with the diaphragm device. An injection channel is partially formed in the resource guide passages. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing an exhaust after-treatment device.
