PURPOSE: A water purifying filter for an ionizing apparatus is provided to simultaneously eliminate harmful materials and sterilization byproducts contained in target water by arranging activated carbon and absorber in an activated carbon filtering part. CONSTITUTION: A water purifying filter(1) for an ionizing apparatus includes an activated carbon filtering part(20). The activated carbon filtering part includes activated carbon. The particle size of the activated carbon is between 48 and 200 meshes. The iodine absorption value of the activated carbon is between 900 and 2000mg/g. The pore volume of the activated carbon is between 0.3 and 0.8cm^3/g. The average pore size and the meso-pore size of the activate carbon are respectively between 14 and 20 angstrom and between 30 and 37 angstrom. The activated carbon filtering part includes an upper activated carbon filtering part(22) and a lower activated carbon filtering part(24).
