PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new system wherein a user can obtain an accurate colony count measurement result without special equipment, knowledge and experience.SOLUTION: Original image data loaded by using a universal scanner 30 or a digital camera on a condition that a film-type culture medium 10 after incubating a test sample on a culture layer is placed on a tray 20, are received from a user, and corrected image data in which the tilt, position, and image quality of the original image data are corrected, are created. As a consequence, it is possible to perform an accurate colony count under unified standards by eliminating the individual differences which arise from the specifications of the equipment used for loading the original image data or the misalignment of the position when loading the same. A user can use the tray 20 which is displayed with position recognition markers 24a-24d that are consulted during tilt correction, a color chart 25 and a gray-scale chart 26 that are consulted during image quality correction, and the like, as the original image data loading tool. |
