PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a vegetation mat which are capable of manufacturing the vegetation mat anywhere throughout the country, and flexible, and to provide the vegetation mat.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the vegetation mat includes the steps of: housing a base material 4, plant seeds 5, and/or a nourishment/propagation body 5a in a cell 2 of a cell tray 3 having a plurality of the cells 2; laying a net 6 or sheet 22 on the upper surface u of the cell tray 3; and growing a plant and forming the vegetation mat 1 including the grown plant P and the net 6 or sheet 22. |
