PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulky nonwoven fabric which has high bulkiness and air permeability and is excellent in oil/water absorbability.SOLUTION: In the step which extrudes viscose into a spinning bath from a spinneret hole of a spinneret, forms a yarn by carrying out coagulation regeneration of the viscose and takes off the yarn by a take-off roller which is installed outside of the spinning bath, the method for producing a bulky nonwoven fabric includes the step which obtains a viscose rayon staple fiber which is extended, is given crimps, is cut and has a fineness of 40-160 dtex by adjusting the extrude speed of the viscose at the outlet of the spinneret hole and the take-off speed of the yarn by the take-off roller and adjusting an angle between the yarn in the spinning bath and the bath face of the spinning bath when the yarn is taken off by the take-off roller, and the step which adjusts so that the viscose rayon staple fiber is included in an amount of 30 mass% or more, and a nonwoven fabric density under a load of 2 kPa of 0.01-0.09 g/cm. |
