The footwell has a casing element (2) supporting a foot of a user and defining a housing that receives an object (5) i.e. electric cable, where the footwell is arranged in order to allow withdrawal of the object from the housing and storage of a part of the object in the housing. An electric cable winding support (6) is arranged inside the housing. A winding unit winding the electric cable is placed inside the housing, and comprises a spring and a motor unit. A connection unit i.e. opening (9), electrically connects the electric cable with a lithium ion battery of a vehicle.
