PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aligned single-walled CNT aggregate, a bulk aligned single-walled CNT aggregate and a powdered aligned single-walled CNT aggregate, which has low weight density (weight per unit volume being low), excellent moldability and a high specific surface area where every CNT is oriented in a regular direction.SOLUTION: The bulk aligned single-walled CNT aggregate has a specific surface area of 600-2,600 m/g, carbon purity obtained by fluorescent X-ray measurement of 95% or more, a ratio G/D of G band to D band by Raman spectrum of 1-50, an average outside diameter of 1.5-4 nm, and a half-width of 1 nm or more and not more than double of the average outside diameter and the degree of orientation is defined by specific conditions. |
