PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive charging monolayer electrophotographic photoreceptor having a little wear amount and high durability with suppressed peeling of a photosensitive layer even when the photoreceptor is used as an image carrier of an image forming apparatus having a charging device employing a contact charging system.SOLUTION: The positive charging monolayer electrophotographic photoreceptor includes a conductive substrate and a photosensitive layer, wherein the photosensitive layer contains a charge generating agent, a charge transporting agent and a binder resin in the same layer, and the binder resin contains a polycarbonate resin having a repeating unit expressed by formula (1) by 35 to 50 mass%. |
