PURPOSE:To improve efficiency of manufacture and a yield of products by controlling a variable-speed motor driving a drum by a computing control device. CONSTITUTION:A bulb is vertically set up while its lower end is grasped by a drum 21 and a corresponding one of the switches 43 and 44 is switched on according to the kind of a fluorescent lamp, then a motor 36 rotates according to the most suitable program, while said rotation generates rotation together with the up-and-downward traveling of the drum 21 through the rotary movement of the toothed gears 35 and 34, the chain sprockets 32 and 31, the traveling of a chain 33 and the up-and-downward sliding of a slide followed by the upward traveling of the drum 21 while rotating according to the most suitable program decided by the kind of the fluorescent lamp for shaping the bulb into a desired ring-shaped fluorescent lamp. |
