PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system and a stop control method of the fuel cell system in which a judgement of discharge treatment at the time of stop of the fuel cell system can be performed in high precision and deterioration of the fuel cell can be controlled.SOLUTION: The fuel cell system is provided with a discharge control part which performs extraction of current of the fuel cell as a part of a fuel cell system stop treatment, and when the discharge control part has received a stop permission of the fuel cell, it performs a discharge permission judgement. In making the discharge permission judgement, when the anode potential Van is a first threshold Vandown1 or less, it permits discharge, and when the anode potential Van is larger than the first threshold Vandown1, it does not permit discharge. |
