PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mortar material for dry spraying that is capable of reducing dust rising in spraying and a rebound rate and capable of spraying uniformly and giving a high compressive strength, and excellent in working environment and spray stability, as well as to provide a method for manufacturing the mortar material.SOLUTION: The mortar material for dry spraying includes a powder mixture of cement, fine aggregate, an expanding material and a nonaqueous liquid shrinkage reducing agent, and a polymer dispersion, wherein at least the cement in the powder mixture is sprinkled with the nonaqueous liquid shrinkage reducing agent. The powder mixture contains 1-10 mass% of the fine aggregate having a mean particle diameter of 1.2-3.6 mm and a maximum particle diameter of 5 mm or more, wherein the mass ratio of polymer solid to cement is 1-15 mass%. |
